1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance, sale, or discounted products.
Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling after delivery.
Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or altered after delivery.
3. Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges

Furniture exposed to extreme environmental conditions such as humidity, direct sunlight, or water damage.
Clearance or sale items (sold as-is).
3. Warranty Claim Process

4. Resolution Timeline
