  • Customized or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted products.

  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling after delivery.

  • Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or altered after delivery.

3. Return Process

5. Damaged or Defective Items
